We will ship all orders within 24 hours, often in much less time. We will only ship to states where the product is legal, and will only ship to adults 21 years of age and up.

Your items will be packed with care and attention to detail so they reach you in perfect condition. Items are packed discretely in USPS flat rate boxes or custom boxes with no outside identifying branding or marks.

If there is a problem with your shipment, let us know, we will do our best to make it right. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the United States Post Office. They do occasionally make mistakes, so we recommend using the priority mail for every package so you can get your money back if they make a mistake or lose your package, using their claim service.

**Due to the nature of these products, no carrier except for USPS will guarantee transport of our products, so we use USPS. We send everything Priority Mail Insured or Ground Advantage Insured so you can get your order as fast as humanly possible.**
